Greenhouse aims to set an example through our workspace product line in our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. For example, this program includes policies like planting one tree per member per month in Indonesia, all the way to providing locally-sourced food and beverages in our pantry.

To elaborate further, Greenhouse Multivision Tower uses natural light and reduces its electricity consumption through creative architecture. Consequently, with its reduced carbon footprint, the company aims to offer the first-ever fully eco-friendly coworking space in Southeast Asia.

Sweden commits to reducing plastic waste.

“Protecting the environment, climate, and oceans is a central priority for the Swedish government. Plastic in the oceans is one of our most serious global environmental problems. So, Sweden has taken more steps nationally and internationally to beat plastic pollution,” said H. E. Johanna Brismar Skoog, the Ambassador of Sweden for Indonesia.

According to the Ambassador, the people of Sweden are generally favorable to the idea of reducing single-use plastic items like coffee cup lids, cutlery, and straws. Because of this attitude, the government feels confident to take a stricter stance on plastic waste by banning hygiene and cosmetic products containing plastic microparticles that are intended to be rinsed off. These include toothpaste, body scrubs, and shower gels.

Denmark aims to help businesses be more sustainable.

“Denmark has a strong focus on how to create and preserve a clean environment. I am delighted to be part of this event in Jakarta today, to mark World Environment Day”, says H. E. Rasmus Abildgaard Kristensen, Ambassador of Denmark for Indonesia.

“The green transition in Denmark is highly driven by private companies. The strong engagement from the business sector combined with ambitious environmental policies has put Denmark in a front-runner position with regards to the development of a Circular Economy,” the Ambassador continued.

Events that make a difference.

This event presented unique challenges for Greenhouse’s event organizing product line. More specifically, hosting VIPs like the Ambassadors of Sweden and Denmark meant that Greenhouse had to optimize the venue at Multivision Tower for security, logistics, and even aesthetics.

For example, we customized the floral centerpiece in our main lobby to become a display piece for the event’s Patterns of the Biosphere art exhibition.

The event also included several different segments from presentations, panel discussions, to networking meals. In this case, Greenhouse commonly provides the Arena event venue in Multivision Tower. This space integrates with our in-house bar and restaurant, which can fit about 100 people in a sitting setup.

In addition, Greenhouse also optimized the venue to better allow people to communicate with each other. Besides the Arena event venue, Greenhouse Multivision Tower offers an open networking space in our main lobby, which integrates with our in-house cafe.

Greenhouse’s breathtaking event venues are designed to support businesses with any event from panel discussions, product launches, or press releases.

Also, our in-house caterer and flexible setup make it easier for businesses to save time and focus on the real work.
