How long does it take to incorporate my company in China?

On average the process of company formation takes 12 to 24 weeks depending on what kind of entity you would like to incorporate. Your intended business activities will have impact on what type of entity will be most suitable for your case, make sure you talk to credible service providers when making such a decision. Other services like work permits, accounting, tax, bank account setup are relatively fast.
